Exeter, established in 2006 is a US/European private equity group focused on industrial and logistic and suburban office investments. It is the largest private owner of industrial real estate in the US with c.95m sqf of owned properties. Since 2006, Exeter has raised and managed c.$3.5bn in equity on behalf of international institutional clients, offering a vertically integrated solution covering development, acquisitions, asset management and fund and separate account management. Exeter established its European presence in 2014 by opening the London office which currently employs five people. It has further offices in Luxembourg, Dublin, Paris, Brussels, Frankfurt, and Warsaw. It currently manages €1bn GAV and owns or is developing 4.5m sqf which it expects to triple in the next 12 months.
