Legal Officer - English speaking (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of various legal documents such as Resolutions of the board of Directors, Resolutions of Shareholders, contracts…
  • Incorporation of companies (corporate documentation, KYC documentation, creation of administrative records …)
  • Ensure all company records and statutory registers are properly maintained
  • General coordination, management and follow-up of legal documentation
  • Day-to-day management of own clients’ portfolio


Your profile:

  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position in a Domiciliation/Trust/Fiduciary structure in Luxembourg
  • Law Degree
  • Fluency in English is an absolute MUST – any other European language (ex.: French, German) will be a plus
  • PC literate
  • Ability to deal with client and professional advisors, thereby showing a commitment to providing a quality service
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined
