Senior Project Manager - Change Management
IFDS is the leading supplier of third-party fund administration and Transfer Agency services to European investment clients and their customers. We are currently experiencing high levels of growth and are seeking outstanding project professionals to join our Project Management team.

The Project Manager is responsible for a portfolio of Projects impacting the bank (client projects, regulatory changes, business transformation, etc…)

This role provides an opportunity to join a dynamic project group to partner with business stakeholders/partners (internal and external) to manage, execute and deploy medium to large complex projects.

Key Duties
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, management and implementation of projects.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Coordinate overall project communications, monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders, including Senior Management
  • Establish appropriate business case for project resourcing and manage funding/budget appropriately
  • Interface with other business units/work-streams involved in the project and coordinates the project team and activities across all organizations involved in the project.
  • Develop project plans, plan and schedule project timelines and monitor project milestones.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Provide direction and support to project team.
  • Present reports defining project progress, issues and resolutions
  • The position requires strong project management skills to manage priorities, monitor progress against objectives & deliverables, and report key issues and risks
  • Proven track record in managing projects, new business onboarding and team management
  • Excellent leadership skills and a hands on approach to service delivery
  • Experience in Fund Administration and Transfer Agency a clear preference
