You will be the first contact person between the law firm and the clients. You will handle various tasks as:
- Deal with incoming calls and mails;
- Answer to internal and external requests;
- Prepare presentations and administrative documents;
- Meet and greet visitors;
- Arrange travels for Partners and clients;
- Handle agendas;
- Manage Partner email box.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Administrative Assistant in law firm;
- Fluent in English and French is mandatory;
- Able to work autonomously;
- Dynamic and flexible person;
- Strong communication skills;
- Excellent presentation.
