Marketing Campaign and Content Manager

As part of the EU Recruitment Project Management team you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing digital recruitment programs that support the EU Operations and Customer Services Talent Acquisition teams. Key responsibilities include campaign management (web, digital, targeted display ads) across multiple regions within the EU, channel optimization to attract and engage talent, content strategies, measuring performance with success metrics and delivering insights based on analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Senior Program Manager, Global Brand Teams and Recruitment teams to develop digital attraction and engagement campaigns from concept to execution including project plans across Europe
  • Develop content strategies for end-to-end user experience, including key content, messaging and calls to action for simultaneous campaigns across Europe
  • Work with stakeholders in order to scope and clearly plan the EU assigned program and chosen projects
  • Work with agencies to ensure campaigns are executed to SLAs and performance expectations, and build trusted relationships with preferred providers
  • Monitor campaign performance through KPIS and other measures of success and make recommendations on refining campaigns - in real time- through these insights to continuously improve and develop the program
  • Report on the projects status and progress to key stakeholders
  • Support the management of Employer Branding and Online Posting Tools management for Amazon EU Operations, ensuring successful delivery to budget, time and quality and successful transition into business as usual where appropriate
  • Work with the wider recruitment teams to define and scope the program that will be relevant to EU Operations and Customer Service
  • Keep up to date with all innovations, trends and market best practice.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in managing complex and international programs
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Experience in branding, marketing, and developing branding and marketing strategies for targeted audiences
  • Experience in defining the metrics and using them to audit and drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Fluent in EnglishBachelor's degree from an accredited university is required
  • Highly organized, being able to prioritize and work under pressure on number of projects at the same time
  • Confident when dealing with ambiguity
  • Experience in multinational environment
