Business Project Manager (temporary contract with possible extension)

The role:

  • To ensure that the Luxembourg office review programme reporting is efficient and effective.
  • To assist the Head of Operations and Operational Excellence manager with conducting the programme

  • Assist the Opex manager with running training sessions and workshops

  • Competently carry out duties in a professional manner and in accordance with regulatory requirements, service levels and company standards so as to meet with business expectations, with the support of other members of the team, when required.

  • Maintain Project documentation including Cost/benefit tracker

  • To obtain action updates from responsible staff

  • Arrange meetings and assist with facilitation where appropriate

  • Produce minutes and action points from meetings

  • Produce material for meetings as required

  • Collecting and analysing data for presentation to the business using diagrams, tables, charts, graphs, and reports

     

Essential skills and experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Organised, able to work independently
  • Ability to deliver presentations and provide training
  • Experience of liaising with staff at all levels across a variety of work areas to produce requirements documents, processes, dashboards
  • Fluent in English
