Assistant Corporate Secretary (m/w)


Responsibilities

  • Support of the Legal & Compliance team, in particular with respect to the administrative and organisational work within the corporate secretarial sector of the regulated Luxembourg Management Company and the managed funds
  • Support organising shareholder meetings as well as meetings of the Boards of Directors
  • Collaboration with internal and external service providers (tax experts, auditors, custodian, etc.) in preparation of annual (and semi-annual) reports
  • Support the account opening processes in close collaboration with the sub-custodians
  • Contract management
  • Back up to corporate secretary function


Requirements

  • Qualification as paralegal or other relevant formation (e.g. apprenticeship at bank, notary, or administration)
  • 2+ year(s) professional experience within the financial sector
  • Understanding of the Luxembourg investment fund environment
  • Fluency in German and English, French would be an asset
  • Precise work and ability to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office environment
