Legal Assistant
(Luxembourg)


Centralis S.A., a Professional of the Financial Sector (PSF), is a fast growing company providing corporate administrative and domiciliation services. Our client base includes private equity, real estate and hedge fund organisations, private and public international corporation houses and high net worth individuals.

We are currently recruiting a Legal Assistant for our Luxembourg headquarters. Working within the legal function in a young, international environment, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Administer the legal and corporate requirements of a diverse client portfolio
  • Prepare, track and complete legal documentation e.g. resolutions, AGMS, EGMS and contracts
  • Ensure proper execution of legal documentation
  • Organise extraordinary and annual board meetings and prepare minutes 
  • Track and monitor the accuracy of legal documents 
  • Provide prompt and accurate ad hoc legal and compliance information as requested by internal and external teams
  • Liaise with Luxembourg administrations, notaries and the ministry of foreign affairs for efficient certification of documents
  • Maintain the internal database, ensuring the accuracy of its information
  • File relevant corporate changes, updates and accounts with the RCS in a timely manner
  • Support the business unit members with their legal queries


Skills/Requirements

  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and French 
  • Previous track record of working as a legal assistant
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg company law
  • Excellent organisation skills 
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Flexible and proactive with a “can do” attitude
  • Strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment
