Associate Transaction Management & fund-related Services (m/f)

Currently, Luxembourg Branch consists of four highly motivated teammates which are in constant contact with Finance in Motion GmbH, headquartered in Frankfurt (Germany). Therefore, its main areas of responsibility comprise Transaction Management, Payments of fund-related invoices and forthcoming legal documentation management and general financial & administrative assignments.

Key responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management including set up & maintenance of loan accounts, monitoring of disbursements & repayments, cash management, data processing and reporting
  • Payment of fund-related invoices 
  • Manage contractual documentation such as NDAs, Loan Contracts, etc.
  • Support further development of control systems and general financial and reporting analysis
  • Handle general accounting and administrative tasks 

What we expect:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, finance or business, or a related field 
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in banking and finance (in Luxembourg)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and French 
  • Good knowledge of Spanish and German would be an asset
  • Strong interests in development finance 
  • Openness, communication and inter-personal skills to operate in a multicultural context and with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Accurate and detailed-oriented professional who likes to work with numbers
  • Flexible and hands-on approach with multitasks and new projects
