The purpose of this graduate role is to support and stimulate the constant improvement of human resource processes and systems at Sandhills East. The Human Resource Consultant will be responsible for providing generalist support to the Luxembourg office in everything ranging from implementing policies to employee relations. This will include managing performance, health and safety, reward and organizational change along with engaging with key stakeholders to achieve company objectives.

A crucial part of this role will be focused on recruitment with a focus on building Sandhills Luxembourg; regular duties will include job advertisements, candidate screening, telephone and personal interviews, assessments, careers fairs and building relationships with Universities. The Human Resource Consultant will be exposed to a very diverse and dynamic environment and will be encouraged to help define better ways of maintaining and distributing human resource information.

Working in a busy and varied HR position, this role calls for excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a drive for delivering high standards of customer service with enthusiasm. The successful candidate will have the confidence to communicate clearly and work in collaboration with staff across the company and be very detail orientated. It is also important that the candidate is able to work autonomously as this is a standalone role in the office, although support will be offered from the other offices. You will be educated to degree level preferably in a Business/HR/Psychology related discipline with a minimum of 1, 2 years of experience in the role described. A high standard of English is required as the candidate will be working predominantly in this language.


· Bachelors/Masters Degree preferably in a Business, HR or Psychology related field although all backgrounds are considered
· Drivers licence
· Complete understanding and comprehension of the English language and French or German (Interview process will be held in English)
· Attention to detail
· Ability to build good relationships with colleagues, candidates, management and external partners.
· Available to travel
