Junior IT Support Analyst (m/f)

Your challenge:

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot failures with computer equipment, communications and operating systems, hardware, software, printers and mobile devices
  • Provide IT support to all BCE customers (on –site and remote customer support); Handle help desk calls, manage support tickets and dispatch requests to the concerned services.
  • Update the central asset database and the technical documentation.
  • Participate in various IT projects.

Your profile:

  • Computer application certification / Excellent knowledge in Microsoft products; Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • High interest in the IT technologies
  • Knowing Citrix and Mac environment is a plus
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken), German or Luxembourgish is considered as an asset
  • Like to work in a multi-cultural and challenging environment.
  • Good team player and able to work autonomously
  • Enthusiastic and highly self-motivated

In this role you will be part of a team that is responsible for News- Sports- and Event- productions. You play a crucial role in the installation and operation of fixed and mobile audiovisual productions and outside broadcast equipment. You will not only participate in the installation and exploitation, but also take care of the preventive maintenance and coordinate corrective maintenance with the maintenance and engineering department. Furthermore, you also distribute video and audio files via FTP and other IP based delivery systems. Reports, documentaries and content also belong to the package.
