The Position we offer
Based in Luxembourg you are a member of a truly multicultural and multilingual Team (Distribution Management), having the aim of managing the Distribution-related regulatory and contractual relationships, the corresponding regulatory oversight, the assurance of regulatory compliance of Marketing Material as well as being a key driver in any relevant projects of Institutional & Wholesale Distribution (“I&WD”).
As part of your responsibilities, you will be in charge of the monitoring of local regulatory developments concerning Marketing Material across our distribution countries and be responsible for reviewing, assessing and ensuring compliance of related documentation produced by I&WD with said requirements on a cross-border basis. You will also take part in the contractual engineering and maintenance of agreements governing our Global distribution relationships. You are in constant contact with our business partners and internal stakeholders such as internal operations facilitating the smooth and regulatory compliant handling of our distribution. By ensuring implementation of regulatory requirements related our distribution offering, you will act as an adviser and facilitator to the business.
You have a background in regulatory/compliance-related matters, ideally with experience in asset management. You are also passionate about exploring constantly new fields of activities as part of the growing business of I&WD and are a self-driven individual acting within a dedicated team. You display a service mindset and are sales focused. You are fluent in written and spoken English and preferably Italian and/or Spanish.
Competencies and qualifications
- University degree, in Law, Finance and/or Economics
- Experience in asset management distribution and/or related regulation is preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish language is considered an asset
- Flexibility, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Business- and solution/pragmatic-orientation
- Ability to work autonomously, to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgement
- Professional ethics in client as well as internal relations
