To reinforce its team, atHome is searching for a:


Marketing Specialist (M/F) :




Market management and segmentation


  • Ensure implementation of appropriate market segmentation and incorporate it as an indicator of market
    • Set-up segmentation model with Go To Market analyst
    • Align criteria to do an appropriate prospects selection


  • Manage the implementation into operational sales and Go To Market plans
    • Ensure the execution of sales campaign plans
    • Create channels from a market and sales force perspective
      • Organize customer selection based on defined principles
      • Manage customer contacts
    • Be the contact person with IT and related departments for sales planning topics and/or issues and improvements
    • Be thinking lead and representative in sales planning related forums, projects or meetings
  • Translate high level strategies and plans into sales targets to ensure the minimum delivery versus budget
    • Translate budget key performance indicators into sales targets
    • Monitor actual performance against sales targets and make final status on the appropriate timings


Customer and sales channel strategies


  • Lead the development and management of sales plans vs. strategy and budget. Set up monthly profiling of revenue, costs, customers and campaigns.
  • Establish channel plans with revenue forecasts based on channel strategies
  • Monitor and define tactical actions to achieve agreed outcomes and channel level across active campaign cycles


Value proposition and collateral tools


  • Define effective customer value propositions and ensure these are delivered to customers effectively
  • Manage the design and production of collateral tools
  • Identify channel and customer specific offers and work with product management to deliver these to market
  • Work with product management to define effective strategies to launch new products
  • Develop sales tools & sales documents in collaboration with sales manager, define incentive programme across the sales organisation. Measure and report on incentive effectiveness.


Performance reporting and analysis


  • Create and ensure delivery of standard reports required to monitor and track performance of sales results
  • Develop tracking and reporting for new initiatives and customer campaigns
  • Develop and maintain campaign and monthly forecasts in cooperation with sales management and Go To Market analyst
  • Lead and provide inputs for sales campaigns and reviews
  • Understand performance and variance and provide interpretation of results against all reports and make recommendations
  • Make reports available to different audiences

Experience and qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience a within a similar position
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent knowledge in Excel
