Job Description

Our client is an international law firm specialized in financial and corporate sectors. Facing a constant growth, is looking for an Administrative Assistant.

You will be involved within the Support Team dedicated to the Financial Department, your task will be among others:

  • Setup file;
  • Deal with incoming calls and emails;
  • Redact documents, correspondences, reports and presentations in English and French;
  • File and archive documents;
  • Handle agenda;
  • Organize business travels;
  • Control expenses;
  • Insure invoicing.



  • A similar experience in a law firm (ideally more than 5 years);
  • Fluent in English and French; German will be strong asset;
  • Good command in MS Office;
  • Excellent presentation;
  • Flexible, discreet and rigorous person;
  • Excellent organization skills.
