Job Description

Our client is an international law firm in constant evolution. is looking for a Trilingual Administrative Assistant (FR/EN/GE).

As a Trilingual Administrative Assistant you will work for a Partner and provide a day to day support.

You will be the first contact person for the clients and the Partner. Your tasks will be among others:

  • Deal with incoming mails and calls;
  • Organize complex business trips;
  • Provide administrative support;
  • Handle agenda and mail box;
  • Arrange internal and external meetings;
  • Redact reports, correspondences and various presentations;
  • Control expenses.



  • A first relevant experience (minimum of 2 years) in corporate company;
  • Fluent in English, German and French;
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office;
  • Organized and detail minded;
  • Excellent presentation and communication;
  • Involved and dynamic person.
