DOCTENA is a company dedicated at improving access to healthcare by enabling patients to book an appointment online and via mobile apps. We are operating offices in Amsterdam, Antwerp, Brussels, Zurich, Luxembourg and Geneva.

The role of Inside Sales is central to the success of this mission, as your contribution will be to help increasing the number of patients and doctors using DOCTENA.

Inside Sales Officer


Job description :


Your responsibilities will be to :

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects


Your profile :

  • Must enjoy selling & assisting people and closing deals 
  • Great Communication skills and the ability to sell or persuade customers on why they should take our product 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with or similar CRM
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
  • Self-motivated and Extremely Goal-Oriented 
  • Prior Telesales experience preferred Positive Attitude
  • Able to build Relationships
  • You speak and write Dutch and French, English and/or German


You can become an inside sales representative without a high school diploma, although high school graduates are often preferred. Inside sales representatives must know their products inside and out, so most of your training will be done on the job.
