What you will really be doing

  • Representing both the stakeholders and the business within the dedicated team
  • Managing communication with the stakeholders, including their expectations
  • Responsible for the vision, scope and scale of the product
  • Defining key features of the product & the criteria of its success
  • Preparing and updating the product's roadmap 
  • Continuously refining the business requirements 
  • Communicate overall status to stakeholders 
  • Creating and updating release plans and defining release dates and content alongside the PMs 
  • Accepting and rejecting complete work in the sprint reviews 
  • Remaining the single point of contact for the product (including new requirements and prioritizing backlog items)
  • Maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog         
  • Ensuring the product reaches the set milestones/goals
  • Constantly following our competitors and the industry to duplicate successful developements
  • Ensuring the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on 
  • Helping to solve backlog dependencies 
  • Accepting or rejecting finished tasks in the sprint 
  • Giving feedback regarding a development's success

 

Requirements


Expectations

  • 5+ years of relevant Web Product Management experience
  • 3+ years of relevant product owner experience 
  • The passion and the experience to create consumer facing web and mobile applications with a strong understanding of usability
  • Strong user, customer orientation 
  • Time and project management skills 
  • The ability to use wire-frames to plan new functionalities and the ability to create UML diagrams 
  • Basic technical skills, especially in Web development technologies 
  • Skilled at writing User Stories, Acceptance criteria and Functional specifications
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum) 
  • Upper intermediate English knowledge (B2) or higher

 

Desired Skills

  • Developer background
  • Experience of working on high-traffic websites
  • Experience with Live Streaming Services  
  • Agile Certification (Certified Product Owner) 
  • Familiarity with change management tools, such as JIRA and Confluenc
