Your main tasks : 

  • Dispatch phone calls and plan the agenda
  • Welcome customers and provide informations
  • Responsible of web pages & social media content for the brand
  • Assist colleagues in administrative procedures
  • Assist & coordinate the team in real estate diverse tasks
  • Filing and archiving files


Your personal qualifications : 

  • Able to work in multicultural small team
  • A creative, lateral thinker and energetic team player with a high level of enthusiasm
  • Diplomatic with the ability to work with initiative and maturity
  • Able to prioritise and work under pressure with good time management
  • Willing to work with a flexible agenda
  • Self driven, focused and detailed oriented


Your competencies :

  • Languages : English and French fluent, Luxembourgish and/or  German an asset
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ms Office : excellent
  • Photoshop & Indesign and any other design software is an asset
  • Driving licence B
