Founded in 1856,the Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL) is the oldest multi-business bank in the Grand Duchy. It has always played an active role in the main stages of development of the Luxembourg economy. It currently operates in retail, private and corporate banking, as well as on financial markets. Responsibilities

Your mission

 

Employer Branding

·        You will shape and implement our Employer Branding strategy in collaboration with our Marketing Department, ranging from Corporate Identity to Social Media.

·        You will coordinate and/or execute various Employer Branding Actions such as creating and publishing some content on social media (interviews, videos, jobs visuals,…)

·        You will participate to some marketing projects focusing on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding

·        You will coordinate and participate to recruitment events

 

 

Recruitment Strategy and process

·        You will define the yearly sourcing and recruitment plan and identify the most appropriate  recruitment channels

·        You will coordinate the recruitment budget and the full scope of sourcing activities including university and provider relations

·        You will monitor and coordinate the progress of the recruitment activity and provide regular reporting to HR and the service lines. You will adapt the recruitment plan continuously in order to anticipate the recruitment needs

·        You will guarantee the optimization of processes, methods, tools and competencies throughout the bank

·        You will support the HR BP team by managing recruitment processes for some business lines

Campus recruitment

·        You will be responsible for the recruitment and the onboarding of the trainees of the bank with the assistance of a small team that you will supervise

·        You will manage the partnerships with schools and will coordinate the campus recruitment events

 



Must Have Requirements

Your profile

·        You have gained at least 5 years of experience in HR, either in a recruitment, sourcing or HRBP role.

·        You have a proven track record in terms of employer branding and social media strategy.

·        Fluency in English is a pre-requisite; a fair knowledge of French will be considered a strong asset.

·        You have strong organizational, interpersonal and listening skills, and posses the necessary diplomacy to implement change. You have developed the capacity to obtain results through people and feel comfortable about working in agile teams.
