LE POSTE :


For one of our clients, a financial institution located in Luxembourg city center, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for several

Transfert Agent (M/F)

Your tasks:

  • Check client queries to prepare future investments into funds or transfer of holdings;
  • Manage the daily tasks dedicated to the team to ensure timely and accurate completion;
  • Analyze and investigate both internally and with Transfer Agents the Reconciliation breaks that are brought to the attention of the team to take the necessary actions and solve the breaks;
  • Understand the orders processing within the fund prospectus to provide main information to DATA team and complete an accurate database (Transfer Agent / fund Company…); 
  • Prepare Application Forms / Stock Transfer Forms requested by TA: for account opening / transfer free of payment;
  • Input instructions of transfer / account parameters in the system ;
  • Handle TA Queries and communication: documentation, AML/ KYC, updates, contract Notes, general fund information, etc;
  • Follow up the process / queries and provide with a regular feedback to clients / client service;
  • Ensure a good communication with client service and Transfer Agents for internal or external queries within a reasonable timeframe to offer a high-quality level of service;
  • Develop swift connectivity with Transfer agents to speed up financial transactions (Straight through processing);
  • Contribute to work effort with different teams: dealing / client service / Data / Reconciliation; etc;


PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :


  • Bac + 2 in Financial services or similar;
  • +2-year experience minimum in a similar function;
  • Excellent written and spoken English. French and/or other languages is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of Transfer Agency industry;
  • Analytical and investigation skills
  • Able to adapt to different situations;
  • Reliable, Flexible and Dynamic;
  • Positive attitude and team player;
  • Excellent presentation and strong communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Able to prioritize effectively and multi-task;
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

This is an opportunity for a 6-month CDD, to start asap
