Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Prompt recording of day-to-day client requests,
  • Collecting and recording all required information/documents,
  • Monitoring ongoing transactions until completion,
  • Sorting and scanning incoming post-mail and preparing outgoing post-mail,
  • Assisting team with special tasks,
  • Complying with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations,
  • Applying due diligence reviews in line with corporate standards,
  • Meeting Service Level Agreements and deadlines,
  • Upholding Quality standards.


Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our
Partner & Client Services Intern?

  • You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Finance,
  • Interested in the financial/insurance sector in general,
  • You enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment and look for the opportunity to excel in all aspects of your role,
  • Take personal pride in delivering high quality service to internal and external clients,
  • Strong prioritisation skills and is flexible, reliable and responsible in challenging situations,
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal as well as written,
  • Ability to work independently while keen to work as part of a team and assist colleagues,
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities,
  • Willing to make the extra effort as required,
  • English must be fluent, any additional European language (especially French, Flemish, German) will be an advantage.
